Refund policy

We have a no-refund policy. 

As these are components for medical devices, and are manufactured and prepared in controlled facilities, we cannot allow customers to return products to be sold again. 

However, if you get in contact with us before you have received your shipping confirmation, we may be able to refund the purchase as it has not left our warehouse yet.
